Job Title: Transformation Leader

Siena Partnership is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive digital transformation across our business divisions.

About the Role

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture and end-to-end project delivery, driving digital transformation programmes, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive transformation.
  • Lead and develop the Business Analysis, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Support the company's digital transformation roadmap, which includes equipping employees with modern digital tools, strengthening data infrastructure for advanced analytics, and implementing key projects such as Power BI, cloud infrastructure, and Dynamics 365.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading digital transformation programmes, overseeing enterprise architecture, and driving business change. They will also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
