Llamau Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mediation and Support Worker to join our team in Caerphilly. As a key member of our Early Identification, Intervention and Prevention Services (EIIPS), you will play a vital role in providing preliminary advice, advocacy, and support to young people in partnership with Advice and Support Workers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore all aspects of potential prevention of homelessness in partnership with Mediation Workers / Advice Workers and partner agencies.
  • Build/maintain positive working relationships with partnership agencies, limiting duplication for the young person, and ensuring all of their needs are met.
  • Flexibility around working times is required to meet the needs and wishes of young people and encourage maximum engagement in support / early access to advice and homelessness prevention, achieving the highest possible outcomes for individual's lives.
