A leading global food manufacturer is seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Lead to drive world-class manufacturing operations and ensure alignment with profitable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Excellence Central Team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, eliminating non-value adding activities across the site and wider business.
- Work closely with Team Managers to sustain Lean tools on site, maintaining skills levels and realizing benefits.
- Support communication around Lean processes and results across the site.
- Ensure the site's Lean rollout is consistent with the overall Excellence approach.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean implementation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proven team player.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £44K to £47K, plus a 10% bonus.

- 25 leave days and 8 bank holidays.
- The role will be based onsite in the Greater Manchester area.
