Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair e-bikes to the highest standards.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure our fleet is always in top condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring riders are happy and satisfied.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bike mechanic (electric or traditional), or transferable skills from related fields.
  • Ability to work across our Cambridge Heath and Bermondsey locations.
  • Technical proficiency: Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of bike assembly, repair, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various bike types, accessories, and the specifics of e-bikes and lithium-ion batteries.
  • Relevant background in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Zoomo team worldwide.
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for bikes and a desire to contribute to the electric mobility revolution.
