Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Easton Coach Company LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates on service status.
  • Manage work orders, customer requests, and inventory records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Facilitate communication within company-assigned territories to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our operations team.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in transportation or a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
