As a Dental Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members feel supported and secure in their careers. You will be responsible for providing dentolegal and ethical advice, managing complex case files, and determining the level of member assistance to be granted.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to members on dentolegal and ethical matters
- Manage assigned case files, including general advice, complaints, inquests, and regulatory issues
- Determine the level of member assistance to be granted in accordance with membership policy and benefits
- Deliver fair treatment and outcomes for members, remaining compliant with associated policies and standards
- Other responsibilities may include presentations, article writing, and coaching

Package Description
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, up to 15% discretionary annual bonus, annual performance-related pay review, and a range of benefits, including 11% pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, private medical cover, and career development opportunities.
