We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employee salary data, ensuring accurate and timely payments for approximately 6,000 employees.

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of payroll administrators to maintain organized documents and handle payroll-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and resolve payroll errors, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a finance or accounting environment is highly desirable.
