Howden - Corporate & Commercial is seeking a Corporate Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our thriving Commercial Schemes division. This role is pivotal in ensuring we provide top-notch service to our clients. You will be tasked with meeting personal operational objectives while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

This position is ideal for someone eager to embark on a career in the industry and looking to grow professionally. We offer a hybrid working model, requiring only one day in the office for in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently prioritize and manage all tasks with precision.
- Address all inquiries, whether written or verbal, professionally and process them in accordance with service standards.
- Create accurate and professional documentation consistently.
- Process adjustments following established procedures, including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation, and collecting additional premiums.
- Escalate queries that exceed your experience, knowledge, and authority to senior staff.
- Participate in re-marketing initiatives.
- Issue renewal documentation.
- Manage client payments in accordance with Howden's protocols.
- Attend meetings as required.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service and administrative roles is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to process tasks swiftly and efficiently while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

- 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including Mathematics and English.
