Position Overview:

As a Systems Analyst for Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position is situated within the External Affairs Directorate, where you will be instrumental in the deployment of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring smooth integration and maintaining data accuracy across all organizational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM transition initiative by collaborating closely with both business units and IT teams.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, workflows, and information requirements, documenting them with precision.
  • Engage in a hands-on technical capacity across various platforms and integrations, including CRM, Single Sign-On (SSO), and workflow management software.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather technical specifications and manage project timelines.
  • Oversee data access, system integration, and adherence to Information Governance standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and a robust background in business systems analysis, development, and database technologies. You should demonstrate proficiency in:
  • Process modeling and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Promoting best practices in data management and integration.
  • CRM systems, technical architecture, and project oversight.
