W6 Physiotherapy LTD is excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned MSK Physiotherapist to take on a pivotal role within our team.

We are in search of a motivated and dedicated professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to step into the position of Clinic Manager/Lead MSK Physiotherapist.

This unique position encompasses both managerial duties and a personal clinical caseload.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Non-Clinical Duties:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations.
  • Regularly review and enhance clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members and the development of innovative services.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and continuous professional development, collaborating with external healthcare professionals.
  • Assist colleagues with performance reviews and personal development strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery within the clinic.
  • Optimize resource management to maximize appointment availability.
  • Assess and enhance the clinic's financial performance, productivity, and therapists' key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support and manage the responsibilities of other clinic staff.

Clinical Duties:

  • Manage your own caseload while supervising the cases handled by other practitioners.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues in the management of complex patient cases.
  • Design and evaluate treatment plans that promote exercise and movement, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Document patient interactions, including case notes, reports, and referral letters.
  • Collaborate with consultants, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers.

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including a minimum of 2 years of practice in the UK.
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • Current DBS (CRB) clearance.
  • Experience working with an active demographic.

  • Authorized to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Registered with the CSP and HCPC.
  • Committed, responsible, diligent, and punctual.
  • Capable of working autonomously.
