Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Private Client lawyer to join our expanding team at our new office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients, ensuring compliance with our risk management procedures, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Estate Planning and Wills, including Inheritance Tax mitigation and the use of Trusts
  • Assist with Estate Administration, advising on Trusts, Elderly Client Services, and basic Court of Protection work
  • Ensure adherence to the SRA Code of Conduct and SRA Accounts Rules
  • Develop and update your legal knowledge in accordance with SRA Continuing Professional Development requirements
