About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing top talent in the travel, multilingual, and contact centre industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled MI Analyst to bring their expertise to our organization and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement reports within SSRS from SQL data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify gaps within current MI reports and implement accurate datasets to fill them, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Expand the current set of Power BI dashboards and encourage adoption of self-serve reporting across all business areas, promoting data-driven decision making.
  • Refine SQL jobs to maximize performance and availability of data for reporting, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Ensure data from numerous systems is available for reporting within the SQL data warehouse, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide data and define processes within Finance for reconciling payments and receipts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an MI Analyst, preferably in an online travel setting, with a strong understanding of SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to summarize and present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, with experience in understanding customer website journeys and combining data to extract actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Enthusiasm for using new technologies and tools to interpret data, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to produce high standards of work to tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
