Parking Enforcement Specialist - Join Apcoa Parking in a key role that requires a unique blend of customer service skills, knowledge of parking regulations, and a passion for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking restrictions and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Patrol public streets and council car parks to identify and address parking-related issues.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective parking management and enforcement.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.

Working Hours:
