Product Manager - Physical Identity Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our Physical Identity Solutions product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a market-leading, secure, and innovative product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Physical Identity Solutions, aligning with business strategy and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure product meets customer needs and market requirements.
  • Define and prioritize product features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage market requirements, identifying essential features and value-add options to drive product differentiation.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on product and market trends, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain a global product roadmap, identifying key market trends and compelling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Conduct regular meetings with strategic suppliers, sales management, and marketing counterparts to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans.
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success, providing regular reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 5 years' experience working as a product manager with sole responsibility for a multi-million-dollar global software product.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology, ideally SAFe Agile certification.
  • Experience working with international customers and global identity solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, determine the most appropriate direction for the product, and provide leadership and authority on the product vision and roadmap.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and understand complex technologies and how they relate to customer needs, market trends, and user behaviors.
