Position: QSHE Manager
Objective:
In the role of QSHE Manager, you will spearhead our client's dedication to establishing, executing, and upholding the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards throughout the organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Integrated Management System. This includes the implementation, auditing, and revision of all documentation related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
This position is ideal for an individual currently functioning at an Advisor level who is eager to advance into a managerial capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the Integrated Management System to ensure adherence to QSHE standards and legal requirements.
- Oversee risk management processes, including the upkeep of risk and legal registers, and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate staff training and development to ensure comprehension of QSHE standards and their significance to organizational goals.
- Implement, monitor, and audit QSHE performance, including emergency management and business continuity strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to all employees regarding company policies and procedures, while completing assigned tasks and projects as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Auditor Qualification in ISO 9001/14001/18001.
- NEBOSH / IEMA certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Natural aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
