Systems Support Engineer


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for delivering exceptional technical assistance? We are looking for a Systems Support Engineer to become a vital part of our growing organization.

In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing and delivering technical support for our AutoCoding software solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, partners, and internal technical teams to identify and resolve software-related challenges. Furthermore, you will assist in the deployment of our software applications and provide training sessions for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer support through phone and remote access channels
  • Install and configure ACS server software for clients
  • Set up and commission connected devices on production lines
  • Establish network communications and conduct system testing
  • Escalate issues and work in conjunction with relevant departments
  • Educate customers on product functionalities
  • Maintain a structured work schedule and participate in on-call support
Qualifications:
