We are seeking a skilled HR Associate to provide exceptional customer-focused support to our business through our HR helpdesk. This role involves delivering HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, working closely with various teams, and participating in projects to improve our HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR issues, including benefits and policies, via our HR Case Management System (CMS), ensuring alignment with company values and best HR practices.
  2. Collaborate closely with teams such as HR Business Partners, HR Data specialists, Payroll, Pensions, Occupational Health, Car Fleet, Resourcing, and Rewards & Benefits teams.
  3. Participate in projects to enhance our HR services, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Support the Risk & Compliance Team with processing DSAR requests.
  5. Produce accurate and timely documentation in line with HR procedures and payroll cut-off dates.
  6. Manage the new starter/on-boarding process through our recruitment portal, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and DBS checks are conducted as required.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an HR environment, with a focus on query resolution, process administration, HR systems, HR Policies, and basic employee relations.
  2. Demonstrable planning and prioritizing skills.
  3. A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Motivation to progress your career within HR.
  5. Experience with MS Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
