About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Unique Training Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning and physical disabilities to engage in activities they choose, either in groups or on an individual basis.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, such as swimming, voluntary work, dance sessions, and sports.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of staff to provide high-quality support and care.
Requirements
  • Share our REACH values and possess a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Develop positive relationships with individuals and be passionate about supporting vulnerable people to reach their potential.
  • Believe in the importance of empowering individuals to control and define their own lives, regardless of disability.
  • Be flexible and willing to work on a casual basis, covering for holidays and sickness.
