About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at HTE Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency for the hospitality industry, we are committed to finding the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a section in a high-volume kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a Rosette standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Develop and implement menus, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment, with a track record of achieving Rosette standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
