PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Work diligently towards meeting the objectives set for your Apprenticeship and performance goals established by your designated Mentor.
  • Engage actively in the design, assembly, and installation processes to develop a thorough understanding of company operations.
  • Learn from the repair center team and efficiently execute assigned responsibilities.
  • Acquire skills in service and maintenance tasks under the guidance of a seasoned mentor.
  • Broaden your knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and machinery with support from your mentor.
  • Assist in the repair of equipment and accurately identify and resolve electrical issues.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and demonstrate availability for overtime work.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and possess problem-solving capabilities.
