Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fire Pump Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Fire Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of fire pump equipment for our diverse range of customers in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, repairs, fault finding, and installation of fire pump equipment across various fields, including fire pumps, diesel engines, electric motors, control panels, generator sets, submersible pumps, and booster pumps.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations and services that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire pump technology.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in fire pump installation, service, and maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire pump equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
