As a Senior Support Worker, you will oversee and guide a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based assistance is provided at the highest standards to those we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering various levels of care and support, particularly for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Writing, reviewing, and implementing care and support plans.
  • Administering medication and assisting with daily living activities.

Qualifications

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supervising staff and delegating tasks, ensuring that support is delivered to the highest standards. Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential.
