We are seeking a skilled Italian Cuisine Specialist to enhance our culinary team at a prestigious Italian dining establishment. Our venue is renowned for its commitment to high-quality, authentic Italian dishes, with a focus on fresh, in-house pasta and the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from premium locations.

About the Role:

As part of a dedicated team of 14 chefs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The restaurant serves approximately 140 covers during lunch and dinner services, and your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

Requirements:
