We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to become part of our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organization, complete with comprehensive on-the-job training and the chance to earn industry-recognized qualifications.
Candidate Profile:
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying conversations and building relationships to truly understand client needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, as each client is unique and requires tailored solutions rather than a generic approach.
- While prior experience in sales is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as we provide extensive training, workshops, and coaching to support your professional development.
