About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Executive to join our team at Arne Clo Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and app.
  • Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns, from briefing to performance reporting.
  • Design and implement automated CRM journeys, ensuring triggers and segments are optimized to reach customers at the right time.
  • Conduct weekly reporting on CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with the brand and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM requirements across customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute a robust CRM testing plan, ensuring maximum value from every send and optimizing based on insights.
  • Identify and develop new segment opportunities to drive added value from the channel.
  • Develop and execute a reactivation strategy to increase the lifetime value of Arne customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Previous experience with activated campaigns and automated journeys, with a strong understanding of reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Klaviyo, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, and data management tools, such as Triple Whale, is also desirable.
  • Strong organizational and process-driven skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to report on performance and identify trends.
  • Strong understanding of database marketing laws, including GDPR.
