Interim Group Finance Director

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Interim Group Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the business and supporting the Group Finance Director in achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Deliver and execute all group financial and management reporting on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate submission to stakeholders.
- Business Partnering: Act as the main Head Office contact for finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Group, providing expert advice and guidance to support business decisions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze key variances in business performance and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Annual Budgeting: Lead the production of the Group's annual budget process, including presentation to the wider Group finance team.
- Statutory Accounts: Prepare year-end Group statutory accounts and other Head Office holding companies, in accordance with IFRS.
- Qualifications: Qualified Finance Leader (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Technical Experience: Strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group or Head Office function
- Managerial Experience: Managerial experience of leading and developing other finance staff
