About the Role:
Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Insurance Broker to join our expanding team in Chandlers Ford. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and finding the most competitive insurance solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renew commercial insurance products and provide bespoke policies to meet individual customer needs
- Liaise with insurers to ensure the best possible solution for our customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and insurers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's commercial insurance experience or customer service experience
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
