Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Communications Officer to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in promoting our vision for a healthier Mid and West Wales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with staff, patients, and the wider community.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and disseminate high-quality content across various channels.
  • Provide expert advice on communications best practices and support the development of innovative campaigns.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful communication campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Certified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
  • Experience working in a communications team within the NHS or a similar public sector organization.
Language Skills
