Compensation: Competitive salary up to £93,000 plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Xpertise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in a significant transformation initiative. This organization is undergoing a large-scale technology overhaul and is looking for professionals who have successfully navigated similar transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction across multiple domains, ensuring solutions are in line with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and oversee processes and governance related to enterprise architecture.
  • Deliver enterprise architecture insights to both business and technical teams.
  • Ensure that technology solutions adhere to relevant regulations and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow architects to ensure solutions align with the overarching strategic vision.
  • Guarantee that enterprise architecture efforts are consistent with established standards and roadmaps, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities for IT enhancements.
  • Advocate for and support the implementation of approved architectural methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct technical assessments and generate metrics to foster continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic vendor relationships that involve architectural decision-making.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in steering complex enterprise architecture across various business domains and technology sectors.
  • Experience working within established architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Ability to tackle intricate enterprise architectural challenges while managing both IT and business transformations.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary architectural practices and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with diverse architecture and application deployment models, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to lead and influence in diverse scenarios.
