We are looking for a motivated and innovative Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance the development of our client's apprenticeship initiatives.

Key responsibilities encompass identifying and securing new business prospects, nurturing and sustaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to create customized apprenticeship solutions.


  • Actively generate and cultivate business opportunities with both new and existing clients across the apprenticeship product and service range.
  • Develop and pursue leads, delivering presentations and pitches to secure new business.
  • Explore new markets, growth opportunities, trends, and partnerships to enrich our client's apprenticeship offerings.
  • Assist the Business Development team in organizing events and initiatives to foster employer engagement.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of apprenticeships and industry requirements.


  • A solid grasp of apprenticeship funding and/or vocational training is crucial.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
