- Oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes, policies, and requirements.
- Ensure sales contract quality, particularly in terms of adherence to company policies and requirements.
- Liaise with regional and HQ colleagues to manage escalation and decision-making processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide risk analysis and generate reports to inform decision-making, working closely with legal, sales, and technical teams to identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and delivery risks.
- Support sales and product teams in designing contract and commercial models for sales projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Respond to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Draft sales-related contracts, taking into account commercial and legal considerations.
- Lead sales-related contract negotiations and manage changes in existing contracts, ensuring favorable terms and positive relationships with customers.
- Manage risks during contract fulfillment and execution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience working with the ICT or renewable energy industry, although not mandatory.
- Preferred experience in contract negotiation and bidding commercial activities for more than 3 years.
- Desirable experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Good command of basic knowledge of contract law and financial principles.
- Skill in drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts, with the ability to review and amend them effectively.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Strong contract negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and achieve favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively with sales, legal, finance, and other departments.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in commerce or law is desired.
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills in written and spoken form.
