- Team Meetings: Lead daily team meetings, ensuring priorities are communicated and accountability is maintained.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct formal and informal observations, implementing SMART action plans to elevate delivery standards.
- Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct skills gap analysis and develop dynamic development plans for team members.
- Performance Management: Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and caseload reviews to drive team growth and customer progression.
- Third-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party providers and Jobcentre Plus leads to ensure seamless access to specialized services.
- Compliance: Work with the Quality and Compliance team to implement best practices and enhance compliance.
- File Checks: Conduct thorough file checks to ensure compliance with prime provider criteria and internal standards.
- Customer Feedback: Provide empathetic and quality feedback to customers, preparing them for the dynamic work environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with the welfare-to-work or similar sectors.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in business management, social work, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals seeking employment and the resources available to support them.
