Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Elite Contract Labour Suppliers Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through telesales and cold calling.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and company policies.
  • Cross-sell products to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Previous telesales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • This is a full-time role, but we are open to considering part-time candidates for the right person.
  • A 5% commission on new business is offered to successful candidates.
  • A driving license is required for this role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in industrial recruitment or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and company policies.
