Job Title: Cloud Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the utilization of existing cloud security tools and frameworks
  • Manage service requests associated with cloud security applications
  • Act as the primary escalation point for security incidents
  • Collaborate on continuous enhancement initiatives within the Centre of Excellence
  • Deliver technical guidance in developing and implementing technology solutions tailored to business requirements
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to foster strong customer relationships
  • Stay updated on advanced technologies and industry trends
  • Contribute innovative ideas and methodologies
  • Tackle complex challenges or projects necessitating thorough analysis of various factors
  • Utilize independent judgment to identify optimal approaches for achieving objectives
  • Provide specialized knowledge to project teams and engage in cross-departmental initiatives

Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years in AWS or Azure cloud environments, familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices, cloud infrastructure oversight, compliance with regulatory standards, and a commitment to automation.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Expertise in AWS and Azure security services and management tools
  • Comprehension of native security measures and best practices for each platform
  • Experience with security solutions specific to AWS and Azure
  • Knowledge of automated security assessment tools, intrusion detection systems, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps tools, container security, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure as code
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes
  • Understanding of networking and encryption within cloud settings
  • Knowledge of network configurations, security groups, and encryption protocols

Additional Information:

Professional certifications are preferred.

This role requires travel.

Candidates must possess a valid driving license.

Background checks, including a comprehensive financial review, are mandatory.

Eligibility for Security Clearance is essential.
