Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Location: Home-based

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + commission (£65-85k OTE)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at InfraView. As a key figurehead between our clients and their customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients' key customer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 20 key customer clients, with the potential for larger clients and increased earning potential as you gain experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport building.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to account and service management teams to ensure optimal technology service delivery.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to customers, acting as the internal customer voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the cloud and IT infrastructure space.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level IT management and leadership experience within a cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an end-to-end service.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience.
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft stack experience.
