Subscription Experience Manager – Business Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Multiple Brands, a fast-growing business with a portfolio of esteemed publications. As a key player in our subscription marketing team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance the subscription experience for our influential publications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and retain subscribers.
- Work closely with industry-leading brands to enhance their subscription experience and develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Foster group access initiatives to broaden our market reach and create compelling, needs-based campaigns that articulate the value of our brands.
- Produce regular reports containing key statistics and insights to share with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A qualified marketing professional with experience in publishing and direct marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel and data packages to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent understanding of database structure and campaign marketing to meet KPIs.
- Understanding of web analytics and campaign management.
