About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Multiple Brands, a fast-growing business with a portfolio of esteemed publications. As a key player in our subscription marketing team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance the subscription experience for our influential publications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and retain subscribers.
  • Work closely with industry-leading brands to enhance their subscription experience and develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Foster group access initiatives to broaden our market reach and create compelling, needs-based campaigns that articulate the value of our brands.
  • Produce regular reports containing key statistics and insights to share with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A qualified marketing professional with experience in publishing and direct marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel and data packages to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent understanding of database structure and campaign marketing to meet KPIs.
  • Understanding of web analytics and campaign management.
