Clinique - Counter Manager - Liverpool Street - Full Time, PermanentJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
