We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Store Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd.
As a Part Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our store in East Sheen, London. Your primary objective will be to maximise income generation and ensure all targets are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with our Senior Shop Manager and Area Manager to understand stock requirements and oversee the maintenance and health & safety of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver annual store financial and contribution targets.
- Deliver against store KPIs.
- Visual merchandising the store, maximising all opportunities.
- Driving new business into the store.
- Liaising with the local community.
- Recruiting volunteers for the store.
Requirements:
- Previous Store Manager/Assistant Manager experience within charity or retail.
- Flexible to cover store opening hours and weekends.
- Experience in managing a large team of volunteers, including recruitment and development, as well as excellent customer service and supporter relationship building skills.
- An understanding of charity retail would be a distinct advantage and a passion for the charity sector.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing charity retailer.
