About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Supply Chain Corporation Limited. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data quality, integrity, context, and classification across various systems, using and advocating a mature range of tools, approaches, and standards.
  • Define complex data management processes, demonstrating a focus on quality, automation, standardisation, and collaboration.
  • Identify data management transformation opportunities, analyze complex data management problems, and define value-based requirements improving and monitoring maturity.
  • Provide data stewardship advice and governance across the organization, to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency, and delivery of the Data Strategy.

What Skills Will Help You Thrive in This Role?

  • Extensive stewardship experience managing master data, reference data, data quality, metadata, and the provision of curated data for analytics.
  • Experience in data quality analysis, mapping, and monitoring experience using a variety of tools and techniques, including SQL.
  • Contextual data definition skills and a good understanding of logical data modeling.
  • Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills and ability to define creative solutions to meet business needs in complex situations.
  • Regulatory data compliance awareness.
  • Previous experience of providing data management governance and mentoring.
