Job Summary:

Orona UK is a leading provider of lift solutions, with a global presence and a commitment to excellence in design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernisation of lifts, escalators, moving ramps, and walkways. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Maintenance Technician to join our Service Team in London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise to ensure efficient and effective lift maintenance and repair services.
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of lift modernisations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilise advanced technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex lift-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced Service Engineers to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise in lift maintenance and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and innovations to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Manage time effectively to cover a designated geographical region, working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering and a valid driving licence.
  • Proven experience in lift maintenance and repair, with a strong background in technical problem-solving and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong focus on safety and risk management.
