Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our reputable organization, known for excellence in lift service, installation, and repair. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards in lift operations and customer satisfaction.

Salary:
Competitive salary up to £45K, along with standby, night call, and overtime compensation, as well as a company vehicle and fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated lift service route in the Central London area.
  • Supervise a lift engineer's assistant to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Participate in the night call rota, which occurs once every four weeks.
  • Respond to lift breakdowns and perform scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at various customer locations.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients, aiming for a high first-time fix rate.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company positively on-site.
  • Travel throughout the assigned coverage area as required.

Key Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Lift Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer role.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as J Modules.
  • Expertise in fault diagnosis and repair for both passenger and goods lifts.
  • Self-driven, dependable, and well-organized.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Participation in the call-out rota is essential.
  • The role primarily involves work in Central London and surrounding areas.

Compensation:
£40,000.00 - £47,000.00 annually
