We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the North Midlands and North of England territory.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our business. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for the timber industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with key customers and buying groups.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key milestones.
- Grow and manage the sales territory effectively.
- Maintain the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective.
- Exhibit strong journey planning and account management skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Background in selling timber or building products.
- Ideal experience selling timber products into the builders' merchant sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
