We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care Team at Greenfields Medical Practice. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team in providing excellent healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering practice nursing services to the practice population, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of long-term conditions.
- Working collaboratively with the General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of patients.
- Supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and contributing to the development of new initiatives.
- Providing wound care and screening activities, including cervical screening, baby immunisations, and travel health.

- Experience working in primary care, with a strong understanding of clinical pathways and patient care.
