Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team at Parkside Medical Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a range of nursing assessments and care interventions to meet the needs of our practice population.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and experiences.
- Manage chronic diseases, develop individual care plans, and provide information and advice on medication regimens.
- Collect pathological specimens, assess and manage wounds, and provide vaccinations and immunizations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate in practice meetings, CPD activities, and service development initiatives.
- Registered Adult Nurse on the NMC Register without restrictions.
- Experience of organizing and prioritizing own workload, working as part of a team, and delivering compassionate care to a wide range of patients.
- Ability to recognize and work within own scope of practice, produce accurate clinical records, and maintain awareness of responsibilities regarding health and safety.
- Competent IT skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to analyze complex information to develop care plans.
