About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and passionate Store Manager to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide a world-class customer experience
  • Manage the store's overall commercial success, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
