We are seeking an exceptional Senior Corporate Governance Officer to join our team on an interim basis. As a Senior Corporate Governance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the UK Corporate Governance Code and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Responsibilities:
