About the Role

OCS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients' employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement health and safety training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Review and recommend personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and contractors.
  • Assist in the development of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct preliminary accident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with site management to ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Develop and maintain safety records and reports.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably with a main contractor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
