Job Title: Senior Global Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Reward Specialist to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our Global Reward team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and coordinating PA's Global Reward programs.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that will see you working closely with our senior leaders to implement a refreshed reward plan that supports our newly developed PA strategy. You will be responsible for developing first-rate reward solutions and providing a seamless reward advisory service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Global Reward programs that align with PA's business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across PA
  • Provide expert advice on reward and benefits matters to the business
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on reward and benefits data
  • Support the implementation of benefits technology projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in reward and benefits, ideally within the professional services industry
  • A passion for analyzing and reporting on reward and benefits data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
