About the Role
Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Cashier/Administrator to join our team at General Office, St Ann's Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide financial support and administrative duties for the site, working closely with the Patient Affairs Officer to complete tasks and projects.
Main Responsibilities
The main duties of the role include:
- Providing petty cash, banking, and financial duties for the site
- Supporting the Patient Affairs Officer with administrative tasks, including estates requisitions and site key management
- Working with the team to complete tasks and projects, with a focus on excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- GCSE in English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills to work within set deadlines
- Good organisational skills and ability to organise own workload
