Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with applications to the Court of Protection to become a deputy
  • Preparing and submitting statutory wills and gift applications
  • Managing employment and care arrangements for individuals with capacity issues
  • Investing and managing funds on behalf of incapacitated individuals
  • Overseeing day-to-day finances, including payments, insurance, and care costs
  • Completing annual reports, accounts, and tax returns
  • Purchasing and adapting homes for incapacitated individuals
  • Preparing specialist wills for incapacitated individuals
